Information to keep in mind during the application process:

- Application fee is $55 per adult.

-Color scan of drivers licenses required.

-Copies of your last paycheck stubs required to prove income.

-Holding fee must be paid in full within 48 hours of application approval.

-Holding fee is the amount of the security deposit required, and will be converted to the Security Deposit once the lease begins.  

-If you fail to move in, the holding fee is forfeited.

-Lease must be signed within 48 hours of paying hold fee.

-Provide name and phone number of emergency contact.

-Must begin lease within 21 days of application approval.

-All applicants must have valid state ID, ITIN, or work visa

- There is a chance of having multiple applications. We reserve the right to approve the most qualified applicant, rather than first come first serve. 

-Must provide names and email addresses for both your current Landlord and employer.
